Ben and Zac did an amazing job moving heavy furniture. Nothing was a problem and they did everything without complaints. We are very impressed with their service and patience throughout the whole day. We highly recommend Ben and Zac when moving houses!

Started off a great experience.My belongings left in one container, arrived in a different one. I thought I paid for a container so things didn't get moved more than once. Lack of communication regarding my container arrival.Two very important items totally broken. One a wrought iron and marble table and base from 1800's.Nearly 3 weeks later I'm waiting to hear back from them.I had to make all phone calls to try and find out what's happening. Told a date for delivery, was changed 3 times. I did allow last delay.

The team at port removals were excellent, the uplift and downlift were excellent. The guys were super friendly and nothing was a challenge (despite a two story building and navigating some very narrow stairs). We had our stuff in storage while our house was being built and had to reschedule delivery, all of which was handled professionally and they were very accomodating. We have moved several times and these guys were by far the easiest to work with, made our move so much easier.

Aaron and Zac worked like machines to neatly fill two containers with all our stuff. They were very professional and cared about quality of their work. We couldn't fault them. They are obviously proud to be part of a great team.UPDATEGlen and Mitchell, on the delivery were equally as finely tuned and knew there stuff. The unpacking went according to plan except we found that fridges and freezers aren't built for older houses with narrow winding stairs. They had to stay downstairs.
