Great experience from start to finish with our evaporative cooling installation. Clyde and Adrian were both timely and thorough with communication and advice. Quote was very competitive, and installation was completed within a week of booking. Installer (Scott) was very professional, respectful and punctual. Very happy with the service provided, and trust that if we encounter any issues we will be treated with the same level of professionalism. Highly recommend.

Been meaning to write this review for a while. We had 3 quotes for a new gas ducted heating install. Sustainable air were very competitive, but more importantly I found them responsive, professional and gave good advice. I decided to proceed, and within 6 days of our quote our system had been installed. Adrian and Clyde were both great, but our installer was the stand out to me. Clean, professional, considerate and treated the install like it was his own. Nothing was too difficult, even found a small leak in the roof and fixed it for me. One of the best trades I've had through the house after 9 months of renovations. Very neat and tidy job, and works a treat. Thanks Sustainable Air. Highly recommended.

I would absolutely recommend Sustainable Air. From the outset, all dealings that I had with the company were friendly and professional, and each step happened with minimal waiting time (from initial contact, to quote and then from quote acceptance to install). The install guys were great - polite, clean and tidy, and talked through all that they were doing and were happy to answer any questions that I had.

Got the bonaire ducted heating system installed from them being premier installer of bonaire, but have to go through inexperienced installer and rough customer service. Installed the ducted heating but their inexperienced installers left the hole in hardwood flooring as in pics uploaded , and after few months of installation found out that ignition is giving problem, from warranty call of Bonaire we found that installers forget to install rainhood, warranty guy replaced the ignition and made these people to install rainhood as well … even after multiple calls to office no one responded back regarding the hole they left in hardwood floor. Administration need to work out on their staff and come out with proper solutions for problems raised by their inefficient staff. Clyde needs to work on his customer service skills, should need to inform admin responsibly when problem occurs , they are trying to achieve what they are not capable of…. Hopefully they will improve after looking at this review

The team at sustainable air were incredible. All communication was fantastic and I was given many options and prices, I was given a very clear and honest explanation of each product to find what was best for our house and family. I was incredibly happy with the service and professionalism from sustainable air. I have already recommended to several friends.

Quick to respond to and address a 3 year old installation issue. No questions asked. Order a new spare part and got it installed in no time. Happy with doing business with Sustainable Air and special mention goes out to Clyde. Will be happy to do business with them in future.

Sustainable air recently installed ducted heating and cooling in our apartment. They attended our property soon after we called to provide a quote and were able to schedule us in within 1 to 2 weeks. To our surprise they worked hard to completed the job in one day. They were communicative throughout the process and the tradespeople performed a quality installation.
