I was placed by Shay, at the beginning it all seemed fine, even though she lacked professionalism. I came in for my interview with her and during it she would be screaming across the room to her assistant, making inappropriate jokes and carrying on about irrelevant things.During my employment with the placement she organised, she would contact me for a meeting and cancel last minute because it didn't suit her. I had concerns during my placement and I was visibly unhappy and distressed with the place of work where I was, I contacted Shay and told her the concerns I was having.There was no follow up or attempt to fix the concerns.Then when my employment ended due to the above mentioned, I didn't hear ANYTHING from Shay.No email, no call or text, NOTHING form her to see what went wrong, if i was okay etc.Goes to show she doesn't give a damn about the people she places, as long as you don't mess up her pay check at the end of it all.This was extremely disheartening and disappointing.
