I couldn’t be happier !Ben responded via my Hi Pages enquiry as soon as I posted on a Sunday! I really appreciated his approach to take the time to call me and have a chat to try and understand the problem I needed solved. This company showed complete professionalism and respect for their customers. I really felt Ben went above and beyond to come and view the repair I needed and even helped me troubleshoot over the phone to avoid any cost. Thanks to Ben my aircon issue was solved within 24 hrs and with no ridiculous hourly rate applied like some others that responded. I will definitely use this company again as they really take the time to improve a customers experience and create a level of trust. They proved it shouldn’t always be about the money like some businesses, but more about the customer experience and building a great relationship. Ben came to quote and gave us all the information and options we needed to make the best decision for our needs.The team who came to install were so lovely! Highly recommended! We called them for a quote and they came out and not only quoted, but they outlined improvements to make a better air flow around the house. We had our complete system replaced and now the house cools so much quicker. The unit is alot quieter on the side of the house as well!

Everything about the process was efficient and professional, from the inspection for the quote to the installation.It suited us to delay the installation for a few months after the quote and the company was happy with that.The team arrived on time and did an excellent job resulting in a very neat installation.Our house only needed heating rather than cooling and the recommended unit is doing a great job.
