This guy is amazing! Although his rate is high, he arrives on time, moves fast, is intelligent, funny, knowledgeable, experienced, and qualified (although I haven't personally checked, as he was referred to me). I have hired Dan to do 3 jobs for me now and would hire him again if a future job arises.
