Shaz is great at what he does and very flexible with personal request, specially if you already had something in mind.For this type of service you always need to work with more than one order to really find the sweet spot and menswear enthusiasts would understand that.My first suit was not perfect with the fit as I wanted high waisted trousers and a lightweight jacket, but Shaz was great in getting alterations done. I then order 4 more pairs of trousers and got the right fit.After over 6 months I went back to order a jacket to make a full suit and I left a jacket that I owned so that I can get the perfect fit, Shaz was great in accomodating this request and finding the fabric to match with the pants that I order over a year ago. Now I’m ordering a second pair of trousers from my first suit as I really like the fabric. Shaz was quick to keep aside the fabric so that I’ll return later in a few weeks to complete my order. I’m busy at work Monday to Friday but Shaz always finds time to allocate to my special requests.My only recommendation is to understand that this is a garment that is made from scratch with your measurements and it does take time average 4-5 weeks, let the guys do their job and I’m sure you’ll be happy with the results. Shaz offers a great, personalised, cost-effective, no-nonsense made-to-measure service. Great for workhorse suits and shirts, and also special events. Delivery is quick enough at about 3-4 weeks, on par with other MTM tailors.When it comes to fitted suits fit and quality are key. This is the place to go if that’s what you’re after, at prices made more affordable by cutting out the middlemen.Make no mistake that when you buy from other “premium” MTM providers, they’re still made in the same factories in Asia which adds to the overall cost, and you also pay for the store’s bells and whistles.

I've had two orders from Luxury Plus - 6 cotton shirts, and then two suits. In both cases, the orders ran overtime, but they were definitely worth the wait! I've had the shirts for a few months and they are just as crisp as the first fitting. I'm wearing my suit for the first time today - it fits like a glove and the material is amazing!So yes, whilst the extra wait was a little annoying the end result is great. This is my first experience with tailored clothing - I won't be going back to stock-standard any time soon! These tailors are thoroughly recommended.- Dave

Excellent service, great value for money and an always quick turnaround.I recently had a tux and five suits completed for me and my groomsmen, and another two suits and many shirts prior to that. Everything is always of the highest quality, and most importantly the service has been impeccable, with emphasis on how friendly and flexible Shaz and Nora are when it comes to appointments.It has been a pleasure working with the Luxury Plus team, and I look forward to my next visit.

As long as you know from the start that it will take 6-8 weeks, the rest is perfect. So don't order these expecting things to come fast. I'll definitely be ordering another suit and more shirts. Shirt quality is fantastic and I highly recommend paying the extra $15 for hard cuffs and collars. Total price is still less than anything retail and quality is great. If there are any sizing issues on delivery they will make the alterations for a perfect fit

Very disappointed overall.Initially service was good, as my Groupon voucher for a suit and two shirts had expired, so Luxury Plus helped to revalidate it, then the salesman (unnamed here) came to my house to take measurements while travelling through Canberra.Downhill from there unfortunately. I was talked into paying extra for premium fabrics and advised it would be ready in a month. Ended up taking two, and when it finally arrived it was literally scrunched up in a postage bag, greasy and smelly… Worst of all it doesn’t fit - pants, jacket and shirts are all too loose and the shirts have pockets which weren’t requested.When my dissatisfaction was raised I was told that shipments were delayed and other people haven’t even received their suits, seemingly implying I should be grateful, without acknowledging the other issues except to say the order slip stated I requested pockets - deflecting fault onto me. No response to my follow up message or offer to rectify the situation. Definitely don’t recommend Luxury Plus.

I recently purchased suits for myself and my groomsmen from Luxury Plus. Shaz was very helpful in the whole process, from deciding on the fabric and colour of the suits to making sure the final product fit us perfectly. I have also previously had dress shirts tailored here and these also turned out very well. I will be ordering more from here in the future and would recommend Luxury Plus.
