I brought my 2010 Honda Civic Type R (Import) to this establishment for a registration transfer from NSW to WA. I was informed by Cameron that my car required a tire replacement, to which I agreed. However, it was also flagged for failing due to the suspension being too stiff. I explained that the suspensions were OEM Honda, but my explanation was not accepted. The staff insisted that I obtain an independent suspension report from Pedders or a letter from Honda confirming their originality. Unfortunately, Mark, displayed impatience and a lack of concern for customers, exhibiting a consistently rude attitude. When I expressed my uncertainty about Honda providing the requested letter, his response was simply, I don't care."To my astonishment

Our regular garage closed down so we had to find a new service centre. We had an alternator problem and decided to try B&M, they were great and completed the job without a hitch at a very reasonable cost. I'm a retired mechanic and would recommend them and we will definitely be using them again.
