Sale from u-store to national storage poorly done, received bill Saturday night expect it to be paid immediately, slugged with overdue fees and unable to access storage unit Monday less than 48 hours later, sorry your loosing my business.

National Storage at Pinelands were fantastic at meeting our storage needs. We needed somewhere to park our camper trailer on arrival in Darwin for 4 weeks and National Storage was the answer. Initially I booked a 3x6 unit but our camper wouldn’t fit. The staff were very flexible in providing us another storage solution on the spot. Can’t fault the service or the storage facility. Very secure. I highly recommend National Storage Pinelands.

Good security, easy access with a electronic keycard. Office has an air-conditioned waiting area. Handy on a hot day!!

Excellent facility. Storage prices affordable. Clean sheds and there's a toilet on premises. Can purchase boxes, bags, padlocks etc. Welcoming staff.

Had storage there for 10 years. Had a box with my entire CD collection stolen from outside my unit when I accidentally left it for 5 minutes. Hope they have increased their security (CCTV outside) along with their regular fee increases.

A wonderful girl meet us at reception (Chantel I think was her name) who was only to happy to please and find us a suitable unit to rent. She went out of her way to help and I really couldn’t recommend her enough. Not only friendly but very helpful!Sadly we went to another Palmerston storage facility before coming here and the difference was notable! The complete opposite experience.

Extremely disappointed. Having booked a parking spot at National Storage for 19 days, after a death in our family, we had to cancel after only 6 days to return home. They weren’t interested in a refund...only offering $19.80 credit to be used in the future, why $19.80 we couldn’t work out...we paid $125.00. Not good enough. Everywhere else in the Territory where we had advanced bookings with were incredibly obliging..
