7-Eleven Greenacre

Went to pick up my friend who was stranded at 11pm. They asked cashier for location of store and was rudely turn away. What kind of human turns away someone/customer who is in need of help.

Tiny store, very filthy floor always sticky slurppee machine only maybe if ur lucky only 1 ever working, petrol always makes the car backfire. Staff always hiding in the back and makes everyone wait to use the pumps. No customer service avaliable at any given time.

selling expired pies and sandwiches i will report it to NSW Department of food health & safety. PatheticI wish I could leave negative stars… staff doesn’t know anything about the customer service and has zero knowledge about the product and policies of the company they are working for. Guys don’t bother wasting your time and money here.

New machine of coffee no good at all i throw it way old machine coffe better

Get the 2 for $20 car wash once a week, this week the car wash has been broken so I asked for a refund. Server made up rules and tried to hand me $4 , I called customer service who said he was wrong and should refund me $10 the guy didn’t know how to process a refund. They gave me $20, train your staff won’t be coming back to use the wash.

Did a great mistake going into this store, went there to get some quick snack and one of the wrap I bought was off, i had hardly taken a bite and soon realised it was off. when I informed the staff, instead of fixing the issue I was argued that the food had not expired and therefore was still ok. The stupid attendant was rude and not at all helpful. He didn't seem to care, didn't took the courtesy to check but basically told me that he cant do anything about it, it's very unprofessional this is food related matter and should be taken seriously. I'm going to complain this to the relevant authority. I use to go to 7/11 quite often but after this never again

Filling up at night the guy doesn't switch the pump on makes you wait 2 minutes, I can understand stacking the shelves with donuts and muffins is important but turn the pump on, I know you know I'm there, it's happened twice, ass muncher.

Coffee doesn't taste like before since they have changed the coffee machine. I used to love their coffee, not anymore.
