They are the best employment agency!I've been dealing with Niyanta from Tursa-Greenslopes and have found her very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. She is definitely a valuable asset for the organization.

Tursa has helped me in so many ways, The hospitality, and customer service, as well as a mediator and a mentor Tracey has always recognised that I had pertentual. As I came in the first day I was soclosed off, I felt like I was a nobody ,but Tracey turned it around. And thanks to Tracey I am now the coordinated at the RSPCA op Shop Stones Corner.

Anonymous post honestly. Most of their staff are blunt and to the point. They are there to get you a job, if you stuff around your going to hear about it, at first I was a bit confronted in regards to it, but now I feel that's how it should be done. Why waste their time just coming to appointments just to keep your dole payments when they are genuinely trying to get yo a$$ some work.Good job guys + Phoebe

I used to speak highly of them back when I naively trusted them with my best intentions but as time passes I realize they are just company peoples doing their company thing and they have no intention following through on really simple thing's that would guarantee your employment.I'm done with these people. Unless they can market you their way you're not going to get the service's you require.Reminds me of FUTURAMA where no matter what I do they're only gonna see me as a laborer, even with all my other experience and qualifications. Just chip me now. That's marketing...

Josh, what a guy. The office in general have been nothing but helpful and lovely dealing with everything I’ve needed in terms of assistance. If I could give 10 stars I would. You’ll have great people wanting to help you any which way they can. My last employment agency did less work in 2 years than Josh did in 1 month for me. Thanks, hope this helps!

My case worker Omid is very honest and eager to help his clients. He is not there just for work but for sincerity of duties and very great service, a pride of the company.

As a University Educated, IT Senior Manager it’s impossible not to take offence to the attitude of the staff. The first job they recommended to me was a job working in a commercial laundry and then a role working in a call centre. When I expressed my reluctance at positions that do not work to my strengths it was suggested I go see a psychologist. They seem more interested in trying to shame or embarrass you than help. I can understand the other bad reviews and think they, as I am, being incredibly polite given you are forced to continue seeing them even with the rude and insulting attitudes. The person after me came out of the place screaming and yelling about them so clearly another dissatisfied and reluctant “customer”.I don’t know what the staff are forced to deal with during their day but I do think it’s shamedul they treat anyone in this manner. I can only assume the majority of people forced to use their service are down on their luck and there is an alarming lack of empathy, compassion or indeed manners. I know when I had staff working for me their attitudes and service level would never have been accepted especially in a client facing role. I doubt this review will help my interactions with them (I will update if I am forced to jump through any retaliatory hoops or obstacles) but it will hopefully help others find a better service. Good luck.** Added 27/09/18 - Another bad experience and bald faced lie today. I arrived late for an appointment (completely my fault) and spoke to the receptionist to reschedule. He told me he would speak to my contact and reschedule and contact me. So I left/ Given the bad past experiences, when I hadnt heard back from them by 3pm, I called to inquire and the receptionist claimed he told me to wait and that he and the contact had come out to look for me and then had the audacity to claim I misunderstood him. That is a bald faced lie. I was literally the only person in reception and he watched me walk out the door but claimed he and my contact looked for me? Utter nonsense. How can you misunderstand someone telling you to wait, and someone telling you they would reschedule and contact you. When I raised this with my contact she suggested I look at an alternative agency. I suggest others do - I will see this through but I will be damned if I accept being lied to. How petty.

They have always been usless every time I've been in to the office I have a new staff member. They don't know what to do and have to ask someone how to submit a form. I've never seen a combatant or compassionate staff member. If you explain to them the process they talk you down, there not better than anyone else get off your power trip guys treat your clients with a little bit of respect. Non for profit .. your still getting paid by each client you look after without them you would not be there. If you can choose another service provider try somewhere else first they might be slightly better.

The consultants are very understanding and helpful.A good sign is that they don't have a high churn rate and a consultant will be with you for as long as you need. There is plenty of parking behind the office. One of the BEST employment agencies I have ever had dealings with.Special call out to Omid, caring, understanding and empathetic.
