Aqua Hand Car Wash
Asked for full detail, then upon picking up the car no hand polish was done, bird poo was still on the outside, and he attempted to just scratch it off with his finger nail as though it was nothing, although it should come off when scrubbing the outside. All cup holders and corners still full of dirt which i picked out with my own hands. And still tried to over charge me!!! Do not recommend!!!!!

Awful service, i order to clean and steam seats. Seats was clean but other things was awful. Also In the end I realised my car’s key dropped by their staff on floor and its immobiliser lost, so couldn’t use the key any more. i had to go home and take spare key. They didn’t take responsibility. It cost me-another $150 to make spare key, attached pictures.never suggest this staff and this carwash

Aqua Hand Car Wash
Love this place. Probably the best in the area. Drop your car off and go do some shopping and the guys always have it done sparkling on your return. I recommend the 70 dollar inside and out wash. Even if you haven't washed your car for 4 years they're happy to go hammers. Oh and they also use great quality cleaning products

Rip off Merchants.Went with my partner to get her car detailed as she was selling it.Paid $64.95 for the car to be washed, polished and the interior detailed.Upon looking at the car after she picked it up, I discovered that the interior wasn't touched nor was the car polished.All they did wash a quick wash (not a good one either) and applied some tire shine.Never again.

Went to Aqua after a stuff around from Star Car Wash and was so impressed with Aqua staff friendliness, speedy and high quality service and lower price than Star too! Will 100% be back!

Would have scored higher but had to go back as the guy/s that washed the car missed 2 areas on the outside. The owner apologised and had it fixed immediatly and wasn't too happy with the guys. Otherwise my car is nice and clean inside and outside and smells great .

Paid for the $65 Deluxe was that includes inside and out clean with a hand wax and polish. Car did not get a wax/polish at all. Don't charge people for a service you didn't provide.

Very dishonest .would not recommend to anyone apart from general wash and clean .Went there yesterday for a cut & polish treatment for my beloved Merc 1994 and prior to start i was promised all new car shine but in the end the result was nothing more than a cheap hand polish service that could be done at home.Upon reminding them their promise ,they were offering discount and apologising.So unprofessional
