Like others have stated with the gas bottle refill, service is offered on their website, triangle on bollard out the front of store states the same -that they can do it ... Go inside, told they can't do it, told we have to go to Midland ... Most people work Monday to Friday 8-5, so why wouldn't you make sure the staff who are trained to do it are ready for your busiest period of the weekend? First experience, probably won't return

Was there on opening morning at the new BCF Ellenbrook. Plenty of friendly staff there to help and offer customer service. Lots of great deals on the lead up to Christmas.The was plenty of stock on hand, as expected where they wanted full shelves for opening day.

Last week they had no gas to fill bbq bottle, today went back again to have bottle filled and the bloke at the counter said I had to stay in the shop till filled. That wasn’t going to happen as I had other shopping to do in the area, so I left. That is not good customer service, I will get the bottle refilled elsewhere. BCF Ellenbrook you have lost my business.

First time visit so had a good look around and it inspired me to get back out to the outdoors again.The staff were excellent and not in your face, polite and accommodating when you needed information.They are as advertised and do it well. A good shop.I highly recommend it.
