Replaced my Apple Watch battery. Tim had a slight issue with the battery supplier, but Tim communicated the issue with me. Once he received the battery, Tim promptly replaced the battery and I had it the watch three days later. It has been working like it is brand new.

Very knowledgeable, and honest. We went in with two phones to be fixed but one only required a new screen protector. He could have quite easily said it was a complete screen repair and we would have just accepted it.

I popped in one day when my Iphone 6 rose gold the screen broke when I dropped in town and my Arch Angel Michael guided me to him - he was so polite and helpful and fixed it and cleaned up my phone and I have a disability such nice comfortable chair to sit in and he had the original apple products which was excellent instead of going to Spark Counter. That saved me walking and I referred some retired people to him as well - they were pleased - especially visitors to Napier and I could park straight in front.
