The ladies looking after the ultrasound department were absolutely horrible. Not only are they rude but they don't seem to have any interest in actually being there and helping people. The lady I got for my ultrasound wasn't too bad although had very little bedside manners, the ladies in reception was just shocking. Hopefully they can work on this in the future but I won't willingly be going back there anytime soon.

Went to this centre to have a CT scan as indicated on referral from my GP. When I was taken into a changing area awaiting the scan I was being told I should not get it and instead an ultrasound to which I explained I have previously had two which showed nothing, hence why my GP was opting for a CT. I was taken back to the waiting area feeling embarrassed holding my bra and feeling exposed. It was here where I overheard the nurse telling reception I was not having a CT anymore when I was under the impression I was just having one first and then the CT. We were forced to explain my situation in front of the whole reception as nurses were not listening to my situation. Was the worst experience ever. It is your job to fulfil the request on the referral, not make up your own mind about issues you have no idea about. Especially when this decision was made by a so called “doctor” that I never laid eyes on, but knew better than my GP.

I also have to speak about attitude of one of racism. I could feel the passive and micro aggression she showed with the way of using English and more - they make it micro aggressive so that the one will be hard to react on it. This experience was really bad. Treating patient as needy is not something I'd even do, that's not ethical at all dude. I know most of people here are working hard and helping people. But I'm keep wondering about that radiologist is even able to respect diverse people from different background disable, old, immigrant and more. I don't want others to experience what I experienced today. You better change, K. I didn't put your whole name. What are you trying to be in your workplace?

Service was excellent, but ladies toilet filthy. Paper all over the floor at 8 30 in the morning. Behind toilet door floor filfy and up the wall. Went again at 12 o'clock still the same, never been cleaned. Not good for a hospital and private one. Not very healthy.

Do not book an afternoon appointment as it won't be completed fully and you'll have saved no time or visits to the Dr. The woman who did my mammogram was amazing, ultrasound tech was fine but did deliver me a false negative. Not sure who made an error, what wasn't looked at carefully before I left but my results were NOT clear as I was told; I wound up having to get a biopsy later. Save your money and go straight to iMed instead. Perhaps Mater service is better but I'll never go back to this location if I have the choice.Gets 2 stars because mammogram was good and the parking is free and relatively plentiful.

The staff very efficient in getting myX-Ray done, and looked after me when they realised l had a fractured knee. Taking me to the car on a wheelchair so as not to do anymore damage. The duty of care was outstanding so thank you
