I have never been so disappointed in customer service before visiting the store today. Not one employee cracked a smile, tried to build rapport or offer there help in a way you don’t seem a burden. Never going back to them. Atrocious customer service.Range of products and brands however - good.

Helpful staff always keen to help but the prices are ridiculous and the quality of the drill shirts is quite poor. Would rather buy 3 shirts from Kmart vs 1 from here as they would probably last just as long.

Initial service we thought was friendly & helpful until they refused to swap a pair of pants for the correct size (shop was totally at fault as they picked out & handed us two pairs of pants,one correct size,the other not)Their response was we can't re sell them as the tags were taken off,but we were out of pocket for their mistake!!We also bought quite a few other items thinking we were doing the right thing & supporting a local business.Never again will I support this shop who are just plain greedy.

What a fantastic place!I could spend all day here with Andrew and his awesome crew. Their range of work apparel and safety equipment is brilliant and I had fun browsing the store. Erin (A lovely employee)took the time to speak to my daughter who was with me at the time while I tried on some new Bisley pants on in their convenient changing room. Would definitely recommend for all your work essentials.(Hydration sticks included on the front bench. Please take one :) )
