Incompetent staff, leaves nuts and bolts loose/missing. Won't rectify poor workmanship, will just argue and accuse the customer of removing nuts and bolts.. Luckily the blade didn't kill someone after flying off within days of a service".I feel my lawnmower would be in better hands with a hairdresser than this business..."

I visited this store and they didn't even let me explain the damage to my machine and they said no, we won't fix it here, what ineffective people at work

Staff are friendly but service, reliability and honesty are not at the top of the list. When every machine that comes through the door appears to have the same issue you know the job isn't being done properly

Absolutely incompetent . Spent over 3k and was waiting on a hedger on back order after 8 weeks of waiting I went in to find out if I could get a eta on the item only to be accused that they had given it to me and wanted me to pay again even after showing them the receipt.The exact question was are you sure we didn’t give you a hedger. I called up later that afternoon to be told they had sorted the issue and I could come and pick up the hedger. The incident was highly insulting and to be accused in front of a sales rep and another customer is unforgivable. I had talked to the younger sales guy that I would be back to buy a ride on. They will never see my money ever again.
