WARNING if you value your property, goods and customer service steer clear of this company!! Within 2 hours they still had not even loaded their truck with our goods, when my partner very kindly asked if he could assist them to help speed things up one of the employees became extremely aggressive and refused to do the job, leaving our furniture on the street (meanwhile my partner had already made one trip with his own truck in the whole time they had been here). A call to their customer service reinforced how terrible their customer service and business values are. Upon explaining the situation to the business owner he refused to accept my side of the story, and only made excuses for why they were so slow, telling me it was a 7 hour job!! Not only did he say all of this, he also said if my partner is so quick why did we bother booking them in the first place! Well we booked you thinking that it would make our move quicker and less stressful, you have done the exact opposite! I can most definitely tell you it was not a 7 hour job, after they left I called an amazing furniture Removalist company called Zoom Removals who have came out after hours to help. They have only been here for 20 min and have already lifted all of the heavy furniture items from the house to the truck (items your team hadn't even gotten to) plus the small amount of boxes and couple of mattresses that your team took 2 hours to move.Not only did Moves and More not complete the job, they also made heavy scratches on the parquetry floor and damaged an expensive piece of exercise equipment (of which I told them to not move until my partner was around to help). Don't be fooled by their cheap rates"

It started bad. Sent a smaller truck than ordered. We lost 5.5 hours until we finally got a replacement truck and crew.Michael and Ewan from truck 98, with some personal help managed to save the day! Thank you guys for a safe and damage-free move! Would recommend them.

Thank you Michael truck 98 and his ofsiders Tim. The guys were very professional and great! Beautifully wrapped and took great care of our belongings compared to previous removalists. Most importantly, they were extremely polite. Definitely would recommend to friends and family.

Thank you Moves and More for making our move easy and stress free.We moved from a 4 bedroom residential house at Wattle Grove on 10 October 2016 and the 3 man team were very efficient and had the big truck fully loaded in no time. They were very professional and courteous from the start informing us of a slight delay due to traffic and made sure our valuables were well wrapped and secure for transport. Unloading the furniture and boxes seemed to take no time at all and the guys managed to get the large items up the stairs with only a few small marks left behind which was remarkable given the size and weight of some of the items.I would recommend Moves and More to anyone moving home.Darren

Positive - They rocked up on time.Negative - Really slow, careless and I swear they were high, their eyes were bloodshot, they were squinting the whole time and half the time they would just stare at an item....They damaged a couple of my items during the loading of the truck and a couple more unloading.The guys were nice but being nice doesn't excuse what happened. Anyways, here's a review and all I can do is hope none you get the same terrible service.

Terrible service - DO NO USE. They under quote / misquote. Will cause damage and do NOTHING to try and resolve or even acknowledge. They also use inexperience sub-contractors. Also related to Fox Relocations.

Unfortunately I confirmed all bad reviews are true. I received a quote from them and I declined it because of the bad reviews I read. Their manager, Priscilla, then contacted me to address my concerns. I said that I would trust what she was saying and decided to hire them. On the day of the move they worked extremely slow, from the start it was clear they simply wanted to take advantage and make us pay as much as possible. Also, they didn't have enough care when moving our stuff. Their original quote was 2 hours. We moved for Mascot to Dulwich Hill and our unit was 2 bedrooms but the second bedroom had no furniture and there was no fridge. The move took 4.5 hours and I helped carry the small stuff. After the move I contacted their manager to let her know how dishonest I thought their service was and that I would hope no other client was taken advantage of. The manager then tried to make it seem like the 4.5 hours was fine because there was a 1 hour call out on my job. I replied and told her that the 4.5 hours did not include the call out and that I could show her the invoice that showed that I was charged a total of 5.5 hours including the call out hour. She never replied. I would not recommend or use their services.

Fantastic service! Shannon & Rami (I hope I remembered your names correctly) were great. Couldn't have been nicer. Arrived on time, worked at a good pace continuously, explained everything and were very considerate. Both were polite, well mannered and friendly and they took care with everything - I think this is the first time I've moved without anything being broken!Would not hesitate to recommend these guys. If you are looking for a removalist , what ever you do do not use this company !!!!!!!!!!!!!I was told they would arrive between 11am - 3pm with a call half an hour before arrival, no communication from the company by 3pm I call after about 3 times before someone decided to answer to be told that they are running late and will not arrive between 4-5pm I expressed my dissatisfaction to this due to the time it would take to load the truck once here then to take to new residence. 5:40pm the removals turned up wasted about 1/2 hr before starting to do their job. No apologies from the office or removalists for the lateness. Also when retrying to call the office for a ETA the office would not answer the phone and texted me they will be there soon. Discusting customer service ! When moving furniture out they taped draws up with our tape not even their tape. They wanted us to supply drink but apparently cold water from the tape (kept in the fridge) was not good enough. Completely damaged a book shelf that we had to throw out after they dropped it , there explanation was to poor light and cheap furniture. After inspecting our furniture the next day they have also damage other furniture they conveniently did not tell us. Two men to do our removal of two bedroom unit on first floor apartment block , the job took 4-5 hours to load the truck , in the end we had to help them do their job to speed things along. WE did not arrive to new house till approximately 10:30pm . I asked the men to be quiet due to how late it was to which they ignored me. Within half hour from the noise the back lift was making my new neighbor that we had not had a chance to meet came out complaining telling us he would call the police. Then they finally were quiet and again had to help unload the truck . From being quoted approximately $500 - $600 including deposit we ended up paying $945.00. Once all unloaded I asked for a reduction In the cost due to lateness ,etc and I was looked at like I was an idiot. Also they were not unloading our washing machine until we paid the bill. SO so stressful & disappointing, it was a nightmare, no way would I recommend moves and more !!!!!!!! They only got one star so I could submit this review

We booked this company to be the removalists for our house at the beginning of February, 2020. They were due to arrive at 10am. At 10:30am we received a call from the removalists stating they'd be there in half an hour. They never showed, and turned their phones off. The head office people didn't offer to find us a replacement, but were happy when we said (at 12pm) We better find someone else as we have settlement in two hours"
