Can't recommend this company highly enough. All the staff we dealt with were professional and very friendly from the initial phone call for a quote, inspecting the container with Paige through to delivery by John with phone calls confirming delivery time. An efficient and professional company a pleasure doing business with.

Not impressed with this company at all!Initial drop off of the container was great, the driver sent a text early in the morning advising what time he would be dropping the container off, before leaving he advised that we would receive notice either the night before or early in the morning with the time it would be picked up. We were given less than 30 minutes notice of pickup and when I questioned why we hadn’t received advice of the time earlier I was told that they don’t do that and never have.When it was delivered to our new address we requested it be dropped on our driveway (twice we advised that this was where we wanted it) - we were not going to be arriving at our new address for a week after the container was delivered, having moved interstate. The driver decided to drop it on our lawn, where it sank into and killed the lawn. We complained to the company and sent photos of the damage to our lawn, receiving no response.Absolutely terrible customer service.

I highly recommend Containerco for their excellent service by the friendly staff and by the driver Darell. Darrell was on time and very helpful,putting my containers right where I needed them.Thank you Containerco.

Looked around and Container Co were definitely the best on price. The service was top notch. Have to say the service received from John the truck/delivery driver was above and beyond. John was absolutely first class and we definitely recommend Container Co . We also recommend John receives a pay rise . Thanks Container Co , this type of Customer Service is extremely rare these days so you should be proud of your exceptional staff.

Cowboys, I was warned about some dodgy companies in this industry. I had a quote for a secondhand container and shipping to Tasmania. And also paid ($180) for a site inspection for the drop off site. Despite knowing for 2 weeks that the container was going to Tasmania, the day before delivery they told me it would take another 2-3 weeks because the container had to be inspected for shipping. However they could supply me a new container for an extra $2,500, but would not now do the pick-up or handle the shipping to Tasmania.They did say that my fee for site inspection would be refunded, but true to form this has never happened.Deal with this company at your peril, you've been warned.

Awesome service from the staff at ContainerCo who organise delivery of two very good quality used containers at a very good price. And many thanks to the experience driver who made the delivery on a very difficult site. Highly recommend.

Absolutely 100 percent great to deal with. John the driver was excellent and very helpful even turned our container around. container co dealt with us professionally and worked with us in getting my container delivered we had to cancel delivery several times before because of the rain and difficulty of the site. A 100 percent good company.
