Markese Constructions
We recently had Markese Construction perform some major construction work at our Bayside home. They did a fantastic job with our Alfresco extension and decking area. Throughout the process, Simon was great to deal with and made the process easy and efficient. With a strict attention to detail, the quality of their work was outstanding. Simon recently completed some structural alterations on our period home in Reservoir in order to remove some poky old walls. His ability to adapt to the challenging situation on the old house was outstanding. After a few other builders had pulled out of the job because of its complexity, Simon did not hesitate to get in there and get the job done. Could not recommend the Markese team high enough.

Markese Constructions are amazing at what they do, we had a retaining wall and new fence put in our backyard, Simon kept us informed the entire time about what was needed and pricing. Both Simon and Ryan worked hard and even stayed until dark to get the job done.I would not hesitate to recommend Markese Constructions to anyone, their work ethic and quality of craftsmanship is second to none.

Markese Constructions
I had a gable shed that was partially completed and I came across Simon at Markese Constructions on Instagram and reached out to him to explain the situation. Simon's willingness to help finish off the shed was absolutely amazing. He attended the site and went through in detailed what needed to be done and the cost estimates for the work.It's now completed which has taken a whole weight of my shoulder.I'd definitely be asking Simon to work on my next building/construction projects.
