I visited In Motion Muscle Therapy recently and cannot recommend Nick enough. Nick is super friendly & a good conversationalist. He was quick to diagnose the problem and increased my range of movement in my neck significantly after a 45min session. Reasonably priced - cannot beat it!

Nick made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door.Extremely professional, knowledgeable and approachable.I’ve had significant issues with my neck and shoulders from years of exercise and not taking care of myself. Nick provided remedial massage and dry needling to assist with my issues. Already I’ve had relief and I’m excited to continue!If your after someone who knows what they’re doing and has genuine passion, In Motion is it.

went to see Nick about a running niggle and he really understood what i was talking about -- and fixed it pretty much right away. he's great with his hands and amazing with the dry needles. i am definitely coming back.

Nick is amazing. Booked a massage appointment last minute for some post marathon recovery and TLC and it ended up being just what I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable, and even had some recommendations for lunch spots that ended up being spot on.

Nick is professional, super friendly and excellent at his vocation. Suffering shoulder pain for years after an injury, the results of my first session with Nick blew me away. After the treatment, I walked out realising that I could lift my arm higher than I could in years, without any shoulder pain. Highly recommended also for symptoms very common in office workers (lower back pain, neck and traps, etc). If you’re in the Newcastle area and in need of a great Remedial Therapist, look no further than Nick Gray.

Nick at Motion Muscle Therapy was great! He was professional, thorough, and talked me through the process - as it was my first time getting a remedial massage. I feel great after my session and he’s now my default remedial massage therapist going forward. Highly recommend!
