Auto Lift Garage Doors
Extremely poor customer service. Rely on a typo on an email to defend themselves against a check measure Autolift undertook and when asked to rectify demand further payment and wipe their hands of any responsibility. Won’t return to complete the job with parts and rubbish just left in the garage by the installer. Highly unprofessional and we were warned prior about Autolift but forced to use them as no other suppliers would install the door we were required to use

Matthew came out and measured up my garage door 3 weeks ago. He was the 4th person that I contacted for a price and advice. The other three companies said that they could not achieve the panel door height I required based on the beam height and slope of the concrete. Matthew said it could be achieved. Rick came out to do the install this morning. Great quality door, delivered on time and exceeded my expectations. I would definitely use Auto Lift Garage Doors for my next project.

It's always a big pain when your auto garage door packs it in especially in a strata complex. I thought I'd be locked out for days. I am so pleased to say that after getting strata permission for a repair at 10 am and calling Tony at Auto lift at 1015 am, I had. Very experienced repair man Wayne, arrive just after noon to fix the problem in 15 minutes. I'd happily recommend Auto lift to anyone.

We found Joel from Auto Lift to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful in assisting us to maximize the use of the space available. He came up with some good ideas which enabled us to increase the size of individual storage spaces.The Auto Lift team were very efficient and careful from the final site measurement to completion of the job. Everything was carried out exactly as per the Architectural drawings provided, even though the floor area was uneven in places and the spaces to be caged were irregular in shape and we are very happy with the end result.

The team at Auto Lift Garage Doors did a great job. I needed two pre-existing roller doors motorised with battery backup, remotes and ancillary safety IR beams. Matt was very responsive and helpful in the scope definition, product information and quotation process. The installer on the day was knowledgeable and simply got on with it and got the job done.
