I was at the tap shop yesterday enquiring about getting a replacement part for “bath/ hand shower diverter”. The person i was speaking with quickly recognised the brand and let me know they didn’t sell it but also where did. I was able to locate the replacement part, that i now know is called a diverter piston valve assembly, at the recommended shop, and i am very grateful for this. An hour later i went back to the tap shop to enquire about some kitchen taps and although the person who served me this time was different, he did ask how i got on locating a replacement part.I will be buying all my extra tap ware from here and would recommend it to anyone.Please note that 5years ago, when i did my last renovation, the service was not this great. I do hope that some customer service training has gone on, company wide, as yesterdays service you couldn’t fault.

We found what we were looking for when doing a bathroom renovation - choices of baths, sinks, toilets, vanities etc. Their catalogues also show other variations available so that exact bathroom measurements can be adhered to. We received excellent assistance from David B. here, who was most helpful and guided us through the catalogue when needed.Also, Hardware and General shops are conveniently clustered in this area e.g. for paint, tiles and tapware etc etc

H&G don't care about your consumer rights. I have a faulty basin that cracked all over. They were extremely slow to respond. They eventually agreed it's faulty and would provide a replacement basin but refused to cover the cost of the work involved despite Fair Trading confirming that that's their obligation under consumer law.

Excellent and knowledgeable service from staff who went the extra distance to solve my tap problem for a narrow vanity.

Don’t waste your time, go to Bunnings.. horrible parking, if any. Rude staff, to many buildings.

The store has gone through some amazing transformations in the last year. The staff were so happy and helpful I will continue to shop there for all my plumbing equipment. It was a pleasant experience. I felt they appreciated for my business.

I went in here to buy some basic supplies. I am not a plumber, but I knew exactly what I wanted. The older male sales person obviously hated his life and his job, and especially those things called....customers. He grunted and then repeatedly shook his head from side to side as I read out what I needed. He was just plain disinterested and rude. I ended up placing the items on the counter and leaving it was so bad. Pathetic in 2016. Go broke. You deserve it.

My wife and I went here to select some bathroom fittings for our new home. We spoke to an amazing lady named Linda, who was super helpful. Although it seemed like she was new to the store, she did everything she could to help us.There were a few questions she did not know the answer to so she asked her colleague (Lakeshia). While Lakeshia was helpful, the way she spoke with her colleague was really disrespectful and condescending. Rather than conveying her expertise it made her seem unprofessional and reflected poorly on the business and made the experience feel quite awkward.Team Linda forever!

We purchased items from here for our recent bathroom renovations, and had a fantastic experience. We were looked after here by a lady called Vallerie (apologies if name spelt wrong), who was really lovely and knowledgeable and not only answered all our questions, but walked us through some things we hadn't considered to make sure we got the right things to the right specifications. Really impressed with the service. They also have a great range of styles. I would 100% recommend seeing Val at H&G Bathrooms.
