Very accommodating and workmen always arrived on time. Our job was done in the time frame and their professionalism was excellent. We could not more highly recommend this company to anyone considering bathroom/kitchen renovations. This company is wonderful. We are not related to this company although we have the same surname.

Renovating house with Potter Builders in Toorak, Competitive Quote and Team is very professional, Experienced.They have Bathroom and Kitchen Renovation Centre in Keilor ( on Western Hwy). Brett Potter, As a owner home renovator, navigating through this process is very challenging. Not the case with Potter Builder and Renovations Melbourne, these guys will look after you from quote to Appliances, Council Approval etcIn all cases the builders proposed detailed layouts to the kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and study/office areas and without exception they greatly improved them and recommended the latest system ideas in cupboard draws and shelving systems incorporating up to date products, finishes and color schemes.Potter Builders and Renovations and Brett, packaged or matched any external quote for taps, fixtures, and appliances providing transparent quoting for any variations I requested. Of course, no #MelbourneRenovationBuilders would be complete without a hiccups here or there.The service provided by Potter's team was exceptional throughout the entire House Renovations.Yes, they are not cheapest Builder but Quality Custom Builders in Melbourne

As this was our first bathroom renovation, we are happy with the final result. With all renovations there were teething problems but Karen and Brett worked resolved them all. The tradesmen were all very punctual, professional and extremely polite. The end result of our project was that of extreme satisfaction.

Says open 9-5 but every time I go there it's closed. If they can't even keep to their own store hours I'm not going to trust them to keep to a renovation schedule.

No one else even came close to Potter’s recommendation, helpfulness and passion towards my project.Brett spent over an hour listening to my idea of what I wanted and gave me suggestions for what he could match with my requirements in my first meeting. From initial consult to final agreement, the whole process went efficient and systematic.All the tradesmen working there are fantastic and always happy to accommodate for changes within reason. We engaged Potter's Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations to do a complete renovation of our bathroom in Moonee Ponds, Melbourne.Brett Potter himself site visited and quoted renovation Job. The renovation involved the full demolition of current bathroom and replacement of toilet, bath, shower and vanity etc. The bathroom has been completely transformed into Modern Look. They are Master Builder so they got us council approvals etcThe renovation was completed to schedule and We Visited their showroom in Keilor, They supplied Bathroom Products at discounted prices so it was stress free dealing with Potter's Bathroom and Kitchen Renovations.We highly recommend them

Don't work for this company. Caps overtime and removes hours off your pay. Will not get paid properly for your time. STAY AWAY!
