The most amazing service! Honestly 10/10 would recommend. The girls were beyond helpful and my colour expert was amazing and went above and beyond. Literally going back here every time I need makeup.

Staff were super helpful to my nan and I. The lady who served me was very knowledgeable with the products.

Love this store and regularly purchase from here. We purchased products today and were served by Isabel, who went above and beyond to make my teenage daughter feel comfortable testing out makeup for her first time and explaining how to apply it all.

I have spent literally hundreds of dollars at Mecca. I was looking forward to picking up the Charlotte tilbury level 4 box as I was sent an email so I went in especially to get it and while I was there spent another $ 200. When I got home opened the box to see no Charlotte tilbury at all a tiny mascara sample and tiny perfume and moisturiser. When I rang to complain they said they had run out the next day. Surely they know how many customers are on level 4 and order accordingly. Very disappointing as I know lots of other customers are. Also when I go in the shop I feel like all sales girls hovering and watching and it’s uncomfortable. I guess they have had lots of thefts.

I was helped by Chloe when visiting the Erina Fair store - she was so lovely and helpful! Chloe had great knowledge of the skincare products and how to use them. She listened to my skin concerns and took the time to understand my current skincare routine and base her recommendations on this info. I've got beautiful products that address my skin concerns without the complicated routine. Thank you, Chloe!

The girls are always so welcoming, the store is always immaculate and I get my make up done by Bec, she’s amazing!! I highly recommend Bec if you’d like full glam, she knows her stuff & is super kind! Thanks :)

Never been one to go into Mecca because of anxiety, but I’m glad I did, the staff are all absolutely lovely and welcoming, incredible product knowledge and merchandising around the store looked perfect! Will be back thanks again guys.

Had the greatest experience at Mecca Erina today - the beautiful Marie helped me! ❤️ I’ve honestly been avoiding the mall, and hate having to look for/buy clothes or makeup in general. On every occasion that I have attended your store, staff have always been both welcoming and attentive in assisting me with any enquires that I have had and; have always responded in a non judgmental manner. In such a competitive marketplace, customer centricity is prudent for the success of repeat business and retention of customers. I personally think a lot of stores in Erina Fair could take a leaf out of Meccas book and learn a thing or two about the importance of treating customers as an individual….not a number.I would also like to give a personal shout out to Amelia who did my complimentary makeup last week. Her patience, advice and makeup application was absolutely flawless.
