Exceptional service!Darius went above and beyond in ensuring that all the issues with my bike were thoroughly fixed - even with my bike being a different brand to Curve, he took the time to explain what the issues were and steps he took to fix them, which was reassuring and informative. My bike now feels brand new!Like others have said, great experience and couldn't recommend enough!Will definitely return for my next service.

Brilliant doesn’t begin to describe these guys. You can tell they love what they do. Service is mind blowing. Love my Belgie ultra. Excels at road and gravel. Rhino, Darius and all the team at Curve are super stars.

As others have said, great customer service. They somehow managed to squeeze in a fork swap and fitting at short notice, despite a busy schedule, thanks Darius! Also had a chat about a bike build, with many options available to suit budget and taste - dangerously tempting!

Called Curve regarding an issue with a Garbaruk upgrade on a Kevin of Steel for one of our customers.Darius listened to my problem, understood and called me back with a solution very quickly. Darius also delivered the required component after hours. We now have a customer on the trails for the long weekend.Thank you!

Honestly, I don't think I've ever received better customer care anywhere, ever, than what I've received from the Curve team.They're all passionate about riding, about the quality of their bikes, and making sure their customers have the best possible experience. I love the community they're working to build as well, not just around their brand, but around cycling in general.Shout out to Darius in particular, who has gone above and beyond to fix some issues with my front brake that have been plaguing my steel kev. It's a SRAM brake, so they'd be within their rights to tell me to take it up with SRAM, but they've gone above and beyond what they're actually obligated to do, to make sure my bike rides at the standard they expect it to.Doesn't matter what bike you ride, if you bring it here for a service, you can trust these guys are going to do everything possible to make sure you're taken care of. Can't recommend enough.

Stand by their products in every capacity. I brought a second hand Belgie in for once over while selling it. Mechanic Darius gave both myself and eventual buyer a clear and straightforward assessment of condition and a servicing, Jimmy explained warranty process and answered a bunch of questions with clear, knowledgeable answers - incredibly helpful!

When you walk through the door of this understated warehouse in inner city Melbourne, you are met with the very people who made it possible. Their selection of hand built bespoke bikes can only be described as a pieces of art. They are beautiful. It is a place where inspiration morphs into adventure and these are the vehicles that will take you there.I’m no one special, I own a bike, there are many like it, but this one’s mine, it’s a Curve GMX+.My names is Tim James and I ride bikes.

My girlfriend and I each bought a Curve GMX+ (one size XS and one size XL) and we got them in the beginning of 2021. We are just in awe!!! These bikes are comparable to none other. They are steadfast and very versatile.The Curve team really took all the time of the world to advise us and to discuss every big or small matters. This was even more important as we are located in Switzerland and never got the chance to go and test the bikes... They did an amazing job, as the two bikes could not fit better!!!Now let's see how these bikes will perform on our next big adventures, but we have no doubt that they will make us the happiest cyclists out there :DThanks to the Curve team and especially to Steve Varga!From @lespignonsvoyageurs
