I took a bracelet to have a safety chain repaired and within 2 hours of picking it up the safety chain had broken.With convincing I took it back and with good faith I was told they would fix it. One week later I return to see if it was fixed as I hadn’t heard anything and yes it was. I was told that the safety chain had broken in a different area and I said that was impossible. They then showed me the repair and I was horrified to see a blob of gold holding the chain together.Never ever would I recommend them.....they are dodgy and very expensive.

Took a charm there that was nearly 40 years old- No other jeweler could fix it but Sam wanted to rise to the challenge- With exceptional patience and loving care Sam was able to restore and fix this cherished piece of jewelry- This store doesn't just sell but truly specializes in restoration which other jewelers couldn't possibly do!
