Not at all impressed! Two months to have my vehicle to be booked in to be repaired!! My vehicle was booked in on 29/11/22 estimated repairs completion 8/12/22!This place gave three different stories regarding my vehicle!! I contacted them on the 8/12/22 at 12:45pm to find out when I could collect my vehicle. As I was told on the 7/12/22, that it was painted and being baked and will be ready for collection on 8/12/22!Imagine my surprise when they informed me that they were waiting for parts!! What??? I was never informed about this fact! One person told me in the factory that the bracket for my bumper bar, which was supposed to be broken when they took the bumper bar off, if it was broken, why didn’t my bumper bar fall off, the bracket was due that day, it never turned up.This bracket was supposed to be ordered on the 1/12/22!! I asked to speak to spare parts person, she wasn’t there! I asked him to have her return my call.No phone call, just a text message telling me that the bracket was due on 16/12/22, my vehicle should be due for collection on 19/12/22!!!! Sent at 2:20pm!!I contacted Katie, who told me that the information given to me by Reece, was incorrect, he doesn’t know how to read the information on the computer! WOW!Katie also informed me that the office did try calling me, fictional, no phone calls, Katie said that she would look at the call log! Really…? You knew no one called me, I was sent a text message instead!! Unacceptable!!I did not receive any communication from this “business” that they are waiting for a part, and my vehicle will not be on schedule!!A repair that was supposed to take eight working days, is now taking fifteen working days!!!Unacceptable, unacceptable!!!DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE NEAR THIS “BUSINESS”!!The employees at this “business” need to know what they tell customers is fact not fictional!!I will never take my vehicle back to this “business”again!!They don’t even deserve one star, it’s a - one star!!

*DON'T RECCOMMEND* This is a well overdue review, last year I ran over a roo bent the undercarriage chassis & nudge bar, was told that It would've been a write off but they decided to source parts & try fix it. They said they'll start in about week & 1/2, came back another guy said 4 weeks, anyway 2 months goes by I get the car & ta da same bent nudge bar they told me the Allianz assessor messed up & I should take it up with them. This is the short version of this story but it's heaps worse & not having a car for 2 months was a nightmare... but they don't care as long as they get paid by the insurance company right?

I insisted on using Taylors even though I had to fight tooth and nail with my insurance agency. They are not their preferred provider, no doubt because the one they use is cheaper (and does cheap work). I had used the preferred provider before for another accident a couple years ago and the other company had it 2-3 months and when I got it back I had to take it back TWICE as it was still dodge. Taylors took 2 or 3 DAYS, not months. I nearly fell off my chair when they rang to say I could collect it. It's a great job and they also washed and vacuumed my car!!! Highly recommend and so glad I fought to have them.

If i could give negative stars, i would.It is nearly March 2023, this mob were given authority to repair in September 2022, i have still never recieved any calls or communication from them. I went in before Christmas to see what the hold up was, and like any good smash repairer, they blamed the insurance company for the hold up, waiting on a part. I was told the parts person wasnt in to talk to me, imagine my surprise when an hour later, i look at the FB page, and see that the very person who said this to my face, was infact, the parts person. By January i managed to source the part myself, and was told there has been no issues with that particular parts availability, and suddenly the part they were waiting on was due to arrive the next week... amazing..Now they would inform the insurer that they will start repairs on Monday the 20th Feb, but they are also now waiting on a bullbar that was never mentioned as being unable to get. So now it is Friday 24th Feb, and my ute is parked in the exact same place as it has been since early December... if you are unable or unwilling to do a job, do not accept it!!! I will be yelling my experience far and loud in the hope no one ever uses this pissweak excuse for a business.The more people i speak to, the more horror stories seem to appear..Utterly utterly dreadful.

Highly recommend David Taylor Spray Painting & Panel Beating. Clinton and his team are professional, friendly, honest and genuinely care about your car as much as you do. They will support you when you are dealing with your insurance company and keep you updated with the progress of your repairs.I would not trust another business with our repairs to our cars and will continue to go to “Taylor’s” . Well done guys!

I took my car here because of the ad quote “you won’t remember our names” well that was a lie. The reception was great! But the quality of work was poor! I had to take my car back twice for quality issues because they left buff marks all over my car and still haven’t fixed it. Went in for a respray and came out with buff marks all over. Do not recommend if anything I recommend taking it elsewhere

It is so great to know there are still honest family businesses in our great city. Clinton and the team looked after my Mum's car after an accident making her feel well supported and well informed. Their prompt service had her car back on the road in no time, looking brand new. I would recommend this business to anyone needing repairs.

Still getting repaired. I hope their repairs are better than their phone service. Impossible to get through. Wouldn't use then unless I had to. But that's who NRMA use.

While I was at Taylor’s to inspect my car a young apprentice backed into my loan car I did not notice the scratches when I drove away I stopped 50 m down the road to make a call the apprentice and the shed manager came down the road and told me what happened they will fix the car.Isn’t it wonderful to meet honest people.Like my old dad used to say nice to meet honest people there is not many left.Thanks to Taylor’s and the crew made my week.
