I am quite happy with the Weber Spirit II I bought 3 months ago. I felt the store tries to help find the BBQ that meets the customer needs best, rather than trying to sell the most profitable expensive one. No pressure tactics unlike some other stores. Friendly and genuine service. I will buy from this store again.

Heaps of stock, and they are a weber specialist dealer, so you can get the much better premium weber models than other places like BCF.Staff were friendly, but customer retention could be improved. I did buy a weber q a while ago and didn’t buy many accessories in the same purchase, but upon returning hoping to get a similar small discount, there was nothing, and just treated like a new customer. a shame as there’s no real incentive to return, if others frequently have 10% off acc to anyone

Just purchased a True North Wood Heater from Quinlans - they were great to deal with. Lead time for install was only 1 week, unlike other competitors I would have to wait 6 weeks. Mary was great good banter and no pressure.Fire is fantastic... heats well ... love it !!!Thanks guys :)

Last week I went to Quinlan’s BBQ and heating on the recommendation from a friend who’d been there weeks earlier.I was lucky enough to get the same sales person (lady not sure of her name) who was great! I was looking at purchasing a weber and she spent lots of time going through the various options to see what suited me best. I have never owned a weber bbq before and the lady was very patient with me. I love my new bbq way better than my old one from Bunnings.Absolute great customer service. I was so impressed by the service and the range of good quality heaters I’m now looking at buying one of these! It pays to have great customer service!! Thanks Quinlan’s! :)

I came in the other day and purchased a BBQ. The range was fantastic and I was greeted by both owners of the business which was comforting and such a rarity these days. Their knowledge and customer service was outstanding! Everything was easy from purchase to helping me load up the product in the ute! Thanks Mary and Steve, I highly recommend your business! Everyone should support these guys, especially one that's a small family owned business!

I purchased a family webber Q on the 23rd December for Xmas and when I opened the box only to find a whole bag of parts missing. I was very disappointed as I could not return it till the 3rd of January and I missed the festive/holiday season using it. When we exchanged it the staff very apologetic , but no incentive to make us want to return,Thankyou
