Just not very helpful. Have had great service from other outlets.

Amazing. Always friendly, always helpful & today they were able to find a parcel I gave them 2hrs prior & fix the address. Angels!

Rudest lady at the counter. Went to line up behind a lady and noticed she was still shopping with someone, couldn’t get around them with my pram so went on the other side and lined up right behind another lady currently being served. Then when it was my turn to be served the employee said I was lined up on the wrong side and she didn’t know who to serve. I explained I couldn’t go through the other entrance with my pram because the people who were shopping were in the way. She then repeated herself as if I was stupid, not just once but three times. Not hard to have good customer service. Made me feel so uncomfortable I am dreading having to back when I need to pick up a parcel.

Arrived at 845 to get passport photos for my two children after checking online that they were able to do them. Was told to come back at 930 when more staff members were available. The not so accomodating post office worker was clearly snowed under filling up her reusable stamp with ink. At this point there were no other customers in the store.

A tiny little Australia Post in the same area as the newsagent. Always very busy with a lineup out the door. Very friendly staff.

Friendly service with a smile, always a pleasure dealing with this Postal service.

Went to get express post bag. Missed closing time by a couple of minutes. Staff still there but refused to serve me. New owners not interested in local service. Much better under old owners, nothing was too much trouble. Would spend the time to chat, very friendly. Not so now. Hours are shorter and parcel pickup on Sunday's no more.
