My 3rd hair cut here, first two times I explained what I want (a fade) and the third time Joel remembered me and did it just how I wanted, and I’m very pleased

The worst cut I have ever received! It took him no longer than 15 minutes to do a skin fade and cut on the top which at a minimum should be 25 minutes, he didn’t even ask me how much I wanted cut off the top he just started cutting and my hair was dry ! He didn’t even wet it, didn’t even look like he wanted to be there from start to finish! Definitely will not be returning!
