Absolutely love this little pharmacy. Looks can be deceiving when it comes to size. If they don't have it currently in stock they go out of the way to try and source it for you and if it is something you purchase regularly Jodi will have it on the shelves for you. They stock a huge range from Natio, gifts, vitamins, Boody and more to browse while you wait. They are always so accommodating, respectful and happy to chat despite how busy they get which is no doubt due to their amazing customer service. Pharmacist Ben goes out of his way to explain anything that you may be concerned with regarding medications or general health. He really puts his community first.The selection of Keto friendly products is fantastic for a pharmacy this size. Absolutely love coming to this pharmacy & getting the best customer service on the coast who are also happy to deliver. Thanks Ben & Jodi for going above and beyond in the current climate.

Coming from America, I didn’t know what to expect from a chemist when I first moved here. Ben, Jodi, and the rest of the staff at Twin Waters pharmacy have been so incredible and are truly amazing humans from the inside out. Whether I need anti-itch cream for mosquito bites, or a prescription, Ben and his staff go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and not judged whatever the case may be. Their customer service is legitimately outstanding, and they take the time to make you feel listen to and taken care of, which unfortunately is not so common these days. They have an incredible selection of everything you could need, and can go above and beyond in regards to the product that they carry. By the way, they deliver prescriptions…OUTSTANDING service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
