Do not use.My wife has had massive issues after using this Agency. Her accountant from MAS Tax, Chris has left her in the lurch when he left the franchise to go out on his own. Not handing over any XERO account details. Not returning calls. Effectively, disabling her business from being able to submit a BAS statement.Now that MAS Tax own the issue, the new franchise owner Allen is not returning calls, does not have an office we an go to, does not have a number we can call and the head office will not assist us.We have had to get an extension with the ATO to submit our BAS, in hopes that they get back to us. Nope. Nothing. Still, none of these guys are helping.Thank you for stuffing up our books. Simply disgusted.Off to find a new accountant.
