Bank closed saturday thats hopeless service ! I work mon to fri !!

Very disappoint. No service - only one person to help, which is to busy trying to help everyone.Will be finding a bank with people working in it so you can get help & don't have to spend a full day trying to get things right.

Would be no stars if possible, rude to customers and some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed

Won't answer their phone during busienss hours.

Friendly staff. Went the extra mile to ensure my issue was resolved. Regarding other comments about having to wait to speak to a manager um….there are other clients managers have to talk to and sometimes you have to put on you big boy pants and wait your turn. Also no banks answer their landlines during busy hours otherwise complaining babies like the people below make complaints about having to wait two minutes in line. To the person who had a team of security guards around them…… wow….. I just hope the staff were ok after whatever psychotic episode you had. Grow up whingers.

Worst customer service and rudest of staff, Requested to speak to the manager, was told by Terri to wait for 45 minutes to speak with the manager Jo, she was apparently busy on a tele conference and would be finished at 2:30 PM, none the less I waited 45 min just for the rude and arrogant man who was second in charge come out and told me the manager is way to busy to talk to me and I said I have waited all this time as I was told to do by Terri, the next minute there were 5 security guards around me because me wanting to speak to the manager after being told to wait and doing so just to be told she will now be busy the whole afternoon was apparently threatening to the rude man whatever his position is.Truly never been treated so poorly and with disrespect in my whole life, I have also now closed most of my Westpac accounts and as soon as Westpac stuff up is fixed up I will be closing my last account and will never bank with westpac again.Ps I am sure that a current affair would like to know how the banks think they can treat people, especially because of the recent banking enquiry made by the royal commission!Absolutely been treated like dirt by all the staff member at The greehills branch, will definitely not reccomend to use westpac for bank, much better banks and services out there where they understand what professionalism is!!!!
