Milk and Honey Art Therapy

I cannot recommend my art therapist enough. She created a safe and welcoming space for me to express myself through art, and her guidance and support have been invaluable to my healing journey. With her help, I was able to uncover and process deep-seated emotions and beliefs that I didn't even realize were holding me back. She has a keen eye for symbolism and helped me understand the meaning behind my art, which allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of myself. I always felt heard and validated in our sessions, and she never pushed me beyond my comfort zone. Overall, my experience with my art therapist was incredibly transformative, and I feel grateful to have had the opportunity to work with such a skilled and compassionate practitioner.

The mix of art and counselling is quite unique, different to just going to art schools. I think it works!
