We called Newcastle Kill A Pest to have our house sprayed and was so happy with the service, they were able to come out to us within 48 hours and were fast, efficient and friendly!They also explained to us about the chemicals they used, exactly where and what they were spraying... and why!Very Happy!!! We recently had Newcastle Kill A Pest spray our house - they've been coming every year for the last four years now. We tried other pest control companies in the past, but Trevor and the team are always really professional. They complete the work around our odd hours, are always on time and we've never had a problem with pests after their visit. I always question what chemicals are being used and Trevor gives me the information and assurance I need to know that my family and pets are safe.

We’ve had Kill a Pest spray our house a few times now. They’re always on time, communicate well, do a thorough job and provide clear instructions before leaving. We find dead cockroaches for a few days afterwards and then nothing for at least 6 months, we have a repeat spray after about 9 months which keeps everything under control.

From booking the job, to the work being carried out, the process is smooth and punctual from start to finish. All staff I have dealt with have been very professional and friendly. Newcastle Kill a Pest are professional and reliable. We are more than happy with their service. They were recommended by our property manager to do an insect spray and went beyond their brief and checked our white ant monitoring system and gave us advice on the system. It was then that we decided to leave our current Pest control company and contracted Newcastle Kill a Pest to do our regular inspections.
