Save yourself a whole lot of trouble and don't bother ordering online from Newy Distillery. I placed an order in mid-November and here we are a few days before Christmas and nothing - no delivery, and no answer to emails and messages. Australia Post doesn't recognise the tracking number. Dreadful customer service and communication. Stay away from this business if you want timely delivery.

What amazing product! Thankyou for my yummy vodka gifts, they are exceptional! I did receive most of it before Christmas.... there was a delay on some but the team were so helpful and diligent in trying to sort it out.Will definitely buy more from here!

Amazing customer service, going out of their way to ensure a delivery arrived for a specific event at a time when regular mail services were unreliable at best. Friendly and caring staff. Product (Gin Balls for Christmas) were beautiful and well packaged too. Will buy from here again!

Do not order from this company if you want timely shipping. Like all the other reviews the order I have placed is yet to ship and no doubt will not arrive in time for me to gift it to the recipient. I work for a small company too and understand the deadlines and push at Christmas time. If you cannot ship a product in a timely manner you are either a. Understaffed b. Over extending your production or c. Over listing your product for your team’s capabilities. Please know everyone here wants to support your business but no communication with slow shipping will make them stop. Saying pre orders start shipping in mid October does not let the customer know you will take weeks. It implies orders will promptly ship from mid October. Please update your website saying Christmas orders will take 4-6 weeks (or whatever it’s actually going to take) to ship, so customers understand what’s going on weeks later and aren’t disgruntled. Communication of actual time frames will eliminate the anger you see in the reviews as customers would understand the time frame before ordering. Thank you from another customer just wanting their order before their Christmas party.

After reading through reviews, it seems they are having he same problems now as they had in 2021. My wife ordered baubles as Christmas gifts for work colleagues on 12 October 2022 and then some more on 28 October 2022, they have not been received yet. That is 8 weeks ago. My wife has one more week at work before holidays. Newy Distillery, don’t take an order for Christmas baubles if you can’t ship them before Christmas.The baubles belatedly arrived after two emails and three phone calls. Credit for that, I suppose it’s hard for a business as they grow. We received them in time, thanks.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered baubles in October - they still haven’t arrived. Emailed last week then the next day get an email back saying they’ve been shipped but no tracking number. One week later I get an email from Aust Post expected delivery date 28 - 30 Dec! What’s the good of Christmas baubles AFTER Christmas??!! Very bad customer service. Maybe I can use them Christmas 2023.

Ordered on 5/11/22 for a Christmas present and am still waiting for shipping details 6 weeks later!!Have emailed the company many times but absolutely No Response.Will no longer be purchasing from them or recommending them to anyone.Looks like I won’t be receiving my order in time for Christmas, really disgusted with this as it was a Christmas present.

Love the products (the sparkles/colours are pretty, the cocktail kits are great and the gin blends are unique and interesting; people LOVE them as gifts!) and have always had great service from the team. Even better that it's a locally and family owned business and success story.
