I ordered two pairs of shoes both failed. One pair I got an email saying the shoes was no longer in stock when in fact they had the stock but the team couldn’t work out the conversion between men and women sizes…..customer help admitted that. Second pair I was sent the incorrect size.

I recently placed an order for the first time with Stylerunner for some shoes for my daughther's birthday. Unfortunately, Stylerunner could not supply the shoes due to some warehouse issues at the time. However, I found they far exceeded my expectations in response to an email i sent expressing my disappointment with my initial experience. They sent a follow up email ackowledging their error and offered a voucher as a good gesture. I furthermore received 2 separate calls from the company to personally express their apologies and to get some details to send something extra at their cost as compensation for both my daughter and myself! Today I received these gifts (thank you!)and I thought it imperative to congratulate the Stylerunner team for their commitment to resolving this service issue. Definitely not something you experience generally.

I've been a SR customer for a little while now and have nothing but high praise for their products and customer service. I've always received my purchases within days, regular notifications and the one time I had to do a return/exchange, seamless/easy process. I recently purchased new runners and flight mode active wear. Customer service were brilliant - they listened to me and my feet needs, they know their products, made recommendations, which helped me decide on product/sizing (important when buying online). I am thrilled with my recent purchases, I now know the true meaning of 'happy feet'. Thanks SR. Looking forward to my next SR purchase :-)

Hasn't responded to my follow up emails regarding a return. Item was sent back even with tags and it being unworn, when queried they emailed back referencing the wrong item. Clearly they hadn't bothered opening the return or checking what was actually being returned. Don't recommend purchasing from here.

Quick delivery of order, but that was the only good part.Unclear and confusing information on the site around exchanges/ refunds.When you try and call them they don't pick up the phone and it takes days to respond to emails.They don't do exchanges (shoe sizes vary style to style). In my case, I ordered a pair of Nike's but they were too small.You basically have to pay to order another pair and hope they refund you for the first. You also have to pay postage to return them. I'll be sticking to other sites in future.

So easy and fast! I received my shoes within 4 days and the size wasn’t right so I sent them back and recieved my new pair all within the next week. The customer service team were so helpful and efficient. I’m way to busy to shop and exchange in store, sites like this make my life so much easier! Highly recommend!

Wow. Despite the below comments, my experience with Stylerunner was nothing short of amazing. I purchased my items at 4pm yesterday and it arrived at 930am the next day. Exceptional service! Quality of clothing is tip top and received little goodies from the team at Stylerunner. This is one happy customer and no doubt will I be returning here shortly, ladies. Cheers!

Sizing for the shoes was all wrong. Had to pay to return the $140 shoes. They offered me a credit but their sizing range is dismal. People that are a size 14 and 16 love to exercise too. Once they received my return told me it would take up to 14 working days for a refund. I basically paid $140 (minus $13.80 in postage) to have my money held for 3 weeks and for a lot of hassle. Will never purchase from style runner again.

I had an issue with Stylerunner on a previous order, the owner personally called me to apologies and explain the situation. She was kind enough to give me a gift voucher for me to use in the future (which at the time I had no intention of ever using). Fast forward to 5 months later, I placed an order with no hiccups, my items arrived within 2 days.Thank you Julie for following through with fixing the issues the company had and taking on feedback of your customers.
