Another dealership that has a serious attitude problem. Not keen in having business, and sales staff treating walk-in customers as wasting their time. Everybody in the shop (the rare minimum skelton number to keep it open) looks like they prefer to sit there, doing nothing but playing with their computers or just chatting on mobile phones with friends.No wonder why they have so many unsold brand new cars sitting in the yard doing sun baking.Similar experience when I bought a very popular and good brand under this dealership 15 years ago (and they have now lost the right to sell that brand. You can guess why.) They won't learn to improve.

Have been meaning to leave this review for a while as I purchased the car several months ago.I went to this dealer after a terrible experience with Brisbane City Skoda to purchase an Octavia RS. I knew what I wanted but just wanted a decent drive to confirm. The young sales rep Joshua was great. Super keen to help and has a genuine interest in cars and performance which from recent experience is actually a rare find. I went from a 10 minute road test in school zones with other dealer to a good 35 minute run with winding roads, highway and traffic. A real test and greatly appreciated, particularly when buying a semi performance car.The sales process was quick and easy, and I had the car in about 3 weeks. There were a few minor issues with the car on delivery however these were all quickly sorted in the following few weeks when I had the time to drop the car in.I can't speak for servicing yet but the sales side of things the experience was great.

Josh was fabulous to deal with, no pressure, just good info and chasing down all the answers to my questions, including lots of after hours texts when I finally had time to dig into the info. He helped us into a car in the pipeline that had just landed into the country, ticking all our key feature boxes, which meant zero wait time. He was super flexible on the test drive to fit around our child care limits, and happily took our price up the line to help us get a good deal. An all round good human, committed to the best in service. Thanks Josh!

Poor Customer ServiceI purchased a Skoda Octavia with 6 years warranty in November 2016 and it got serviced at Mt Gravat Skoda service dept regularly every year. The water pump started to leak and I tried to book the repair before the warranty expires - 30 November 2022. I called the Mt Gravatt Skoda dealership four times on Friday the 25th October and explained the urgency of my call. The receptionist told me every time that the service dept is busy but someone will call me back. Of course no one called me back. I left another two messages on Monday and when a person finally called me back they told me they can't look at my car before the warranty expires and they can't honour the warranty after 30 Nov despite me calling before the warranty expiry. The other store honoured the warranty and will repair the water pump on 7th Dec.I am extremely disappointed in their approach to problems and warranty claims. However they are overly sweet and full of promises when they want you to purchase a car there....

The woman who works on the service desk is absolutely horrible. She is condescending and treats customers so disrespectfully. I over heard her complaining about customers and heard her speaking directly to some customers like they were misbehaving toddlers. Very unprofessional and might I say totally unexpected given how great the sales team here are.

Not really a customer but the customer service at this place is phenomenal, Andrew in particular. Friend blew her tyre on the road out front and Andrew came out to replace without hesitation. Very friendly and restored our faith in the human race. Thanks guys!
