Same good workers help out alot supervisor's spend more time walking and talking around or out side having a smoke family owned business which is good but way under pay full time workers and part time for the amount of work they do and the condition they all working the people that are at the top on Care for each other just not the workers in the W/H or out in the yard yer everyone is Struggling to put food on table they my be a family business but care for the people that do the work for your business or do samthing to help them financially other businesses are paying a bit better and that do samthing before you loss more people like me I wanted to work hard for reln but us employees have not been rewarded for the work we do for the high people to earn a big profit
