Murray River Spa Retreat

Wow just wow. If your after a romantic getaway or even just some r&r this is the place to go. The owners go over and beyond. We stayed in serenity. The lovely little extras were so awesome, definitely something you would never get in your normal motel/hotel or even Airbnb. Such nice and thoughtful touches. Andrew and Ann-Marie really love what they do and the place reflects this. We can't thank you enough for our stay. It was definitely a 20/10. See you again soon

Warmy greeted by very friendly hosts Andrew and Ann Marie. Cosy cottage, comfy bed, wood heater, mountain bikes, tennis court, outdoor pool and spa all included. Breakfast items provided including bacon and eggs for you to cook in kitchenette. 10min forest walk to the Murray river. Kangaroos and birdlife on property. Great location we will definately be back.

Gorgeous, tranquil and relaxing! Friendly, polite family while all the time professionals. Highly recommend a stay at these perfect cottages.

Omg what a stunning place to stay ! Honestly, it's so beautiful! The grounds are beautifully presented, and rooms are beautifully decorated and presented with excellent quality of everything. I can't recommend this place enough!! Rooms are so clean and comfortable. Omg, the bed was amazingly soft and comfortable with quality linen supplied very, very well done above and beyond! The hosts were very friendly and stocked the rooms with fresh milk,bread an butter ,eggs,bacon,tomato sauce ect everything you well need! There were even chocolates.Just beautiful place and will definitely require a return visit .A big thankyou and well done to the hosts/owners ...

We stayed at Kearney kastle for 4 nights over Easter and we had a lovely time. It had just been renovated and in our opinion it's probably the best of the 4 cottages. The highlight was the king size bed. Just beautiful. We met the owners and I hope they do really well because they are such lovely people and make you feel very welcoming. It's a little out of town but not too bad. I'd recommend this cottage to anyone.

We enjoyed three lovely days here and found the rustic nature of the accommodation very charming. The cabins have everything you could need for a short break. Beautiful and peaceful setting to unwind in. The only problems were a blown globe and the spa did not work.

We absolutely love this place! We usually stay in the Serenity cottage but this time we stayed in the Whistewood cottage. It was beautiful, cosy and the spa was just what we needed to fully relax. The bed was so comfortable, the scenery was lovely and the yummy breakfast hamper and chocolates was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

We really needed some peace and quiet, and this was the perfect spot. “Tranquility” (previously known as Kearney’s kastle) is the most recently renovated of their lovely cottages, and suited us really well.There’s a kitchen (cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster) and a neat little bbq on the deck, so if we didn’t feel like the eight minute drive to town to eat out, we could cook for ourselves.We wandered down to the river several times, as it’s only a ten minute walk through river redgum bush to the banks of the Murray.The bath on the deck is a brilliant novelty (think spa under the stars, or in the rain) and it was lovely to curl up in front of the fire afterwards, and read or watch a dvd. We listened to almost all of the vinyl LPs on the shelves - a real blast from the past ❤️The property is so quiet, we welcomed visits from their beautiful chooks, as well as the local roos and plenty of wild birds.It was a bit chilly for the swimming pool but I could see it getting a lot of use in Summer.Breakfast supplies and bath bombs were plentiful, and our only disappointment was that we couldn’t stay longer.

Our cottage was great. Leanne and Brian were wonderful hosts, the breakfast provisions were generous and lots of other thoughtful touches were also much appreciated. The entire property is beautifully maintained, very quiet and peaceful, and there are lots of birds and animals around the place. It's a great place to relax and unwind, or to use as a base if you want to explore more of the region's attractions.

There is just one word for this place it is perfection absolutely perfect.This is the second time my wife and I have used the cottages and it definitely will not be the last.Andrew and his partner are so very friendly and makes these beautiful cottages a perfect getaway.If you have the time and want a perfect quite and friendly get away look no further come here you will not regret it
