No customer service skills

As of this writing she is still not paying the agency she used to help her marketing business and the direct contractors she hired. She switched her services to a mentoring service as she cannot deliver her promises to her clients, and cannot afford to pay her team. Overpromises and under delivers, and then when a client leaves she shifts the blame to her team. No proper briefing and onboarding. She expects a team member to figure it out on their own once she hires them, and blame them if they do something wrong.This is why no onshore and offshore staff stayed with her. She also discriminated a staff with a health condition. Pays are also consistently delayed.Her convincing words may be great to hear from a client's perspective. Once you use her services and sign a contract expect a ton of stress and undelivered promises. Ex-employees also reported rude behaviour and constant micromanagement. Further evidence can be provided to support this, from all her previous staff.

Louise is an absolute genius when it comes to marketing strategy and social media. In the 2 sessions we've had, I have learnt so much already and I can't wait to grow and plan my path to success with Louise. There are actionable steps already put in place to elevate my business to the next level. Very poor customer service from owner (staff are lovely).Upon questioning multiple services not received (approx. 70% of contract not received, but has been paid for), and after multiple attempts across many weeks to get a response from the business owner, I have received no response from her whatsoever.After spending over $11k across 4 months for this service, it is completely unacceptable.Would never use again, and would never recommend.

The team at Pineapple Marketing are great and very accomodating. They were able to help me with what I needed for my business and I know marketing. Oh and I really like Pineapples :)
