Provided multiple quotes to suit the options I asked for, as well as alternative options they recommended. Total Solar provided roughly 10.34kw of Jinko 470W N type panels, a Sungrow hyrbrid inverter and 16kwh of Sungrow batteries. Their team removed the old solar system and fitted this new system over 2 days. The staff were friendly, and the work was carried out professionally.Excluding the use of our ducted aircon, we now make it through most days with a $1-2 credit from Synergy. Now, in the middle of summer, with the air-conditioner running, we have received our first summer bill of $55.48 for November 15th-December 15th.I highly recommend.Note: This review has been written after using the installed solar system for 4 months.

DO NOT TRUST these people. Made me to sign the contract for a specified quote, but the job has not been done. Called them but they refused to honour their quote that we agreed upon. Keep away from them. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I wonder what would have happened in future re. warranties. I hope that others will think ten times before any agreement is made with them.These people dishonoured the written agreement, and did not cooperate in doing the job as agreed upon. They acted unprofessionally, simple blackmailed me to give them other job before this one is done, with providing me with astronomically high price that was asked from me to accept, and to sign another agreement which was refused. As the result of my action they cancelled the existing agreement which had no obligation what so ever or condition that they can argue the case for their action. Now they use abuse as the excuse for their in the first place dishonesty in dealing with the public in fulfilling their contractual obligations.

I must thank Total Solar for having the best installation team. These guys offered great products, fast installation and satisfactory post-sales services. Their pricing is also decent. Just go for them..

Signed a contract for agreed price of $3800 to have panels installed on my home. They have now renegaded on deal. I plan to take legal action on this matter. Matilda
