Mary Potter Residential Care
Food seems to be of an inferior standard in general. There are not enough staff there, and there seems to be an element of laziness amongst SOME staff members,, not all. Even though it's a relatively new facility, the cleanliness/hygiene could be improved. Communication can be problematic with staff also.
