bought a product over an month and a half ago now, paid for postage, and i still have not received anything, no communication whatsoever from the company. have made MULTIPLE attempts to contact for a refund, got an email back a few weeks later, saying she was in ‘hospital’ and will contact me soon to organise a refund, yet still have not been contacted since and that was a few weeks ago. no one has responded to any of my requests since.DO NOT TRUST THEM OR PURCHASE ANYTHING! beware of this so called ‘company’

Liz is so quick, gentle, and my braids are so neat! She is also such a beautiful soul, definitely would recommend getting your hair done here!

Elizabeth is the best African hair stylist in sydney.Elizabeth has been making my hair since 2016 and she has a good team. She made my wedding hair, and everyone loved my hair.I travel all the way from North shore to Fairfield because I know I'm getting the best.They are quick and very professional. I would recommed them over and over again. Thank you studio 7 for giving me the best when I visit.

I had my cornrows done with Liz and she performed better than I could've hoped for she was very friendly and warm I'll definitely be coming here next time to get them redone in the future it was a great experience

I ordered goods online to be delivered to me that I have paid for and still not received. I paid for express delivery on 6th December. No one is responding to my request to find out what has happened. I have asked for a refund but no response. Beware of this company.

Very poor (actually non-existent) service. Ordered products online, paid for and haven't received. Chased up but no response received except for a notification that she'd been in hospital (I see this excuse" was used on another person who also hasn't received their order). One of the reviews for hair braiding appears to coincides with the time "Liz" was (supposedly) in hospital. Amazing recovery it seems. Wouldn't buy anything or recommend this "retailer". I will be placing a report on file with Consumer Protection

Unreliable and unprofessional.Use her at your own risk.I booked the service of this lady, paid deposit ahead as she requested, I balanced the remaining fee before the day she was to style my hair for my wedding. She promised to be there by 6am, unfortunately on the wedding day, she was nowhere to be found at 6am. She eventually appeared 1hr, 30mins late, lying that she was stopped by the police. She is also dishonest and fraudulent. The outcome of the hair isnt worth $600 which I paid, because the hair was styled in a rush. She collected my hair extension few weeks before the wedding to pick the edges, unfortunately. This scammer did not pick the hair as she promised. She combed the hair extension hurriedly when she arrived at the venue. I did not want anyone to spoil my special day, so I had to ignore distractions and tried to be happy. If you intend using her service, don't be rest assured that you will get the best.Elizabeth, try to be more straightforward and reliable.I had looked at the reviews on your page before my wedding, but I just have to drop this here. I didn't get what I wanted and paid for!!!
