Was a bit dirty and run by young people. They were doing their best but certainly would benefit from some mature management on hand. Service was a bit slow. Food was fresh and good though!

Absolutely disgusting. Waited over 10 mins for order. Chicken was that greasy it soaked the box through and split. Requested wing and drumstick and got 2 ribs. No bun but a potato and gravy and gravy. Wrap was soggy. Chicken was not crispy at all. Will definetly not be returning there. And there was no one even at the store.

If you wanted super fried chicken, then gonto Kelso KFC. Where you sit in drive thru while there is no one else is and have to wait for a very bored sounding person speaks to you, even after you are the only one in line and have used the app to order they have to ask what you ordered, and who was it for, even though you stated the order number. Chips were hot and cold, least they were sort of salted nicely. But yeahh super fried chicken. Oh and forgot the 3 dipping sauces, plus the 4 dinner rolls were either squashed or hard, lovely. Was looking forward to it.Not rushing back.

This used to be really good but service and timing is hopeless now. Waited at drive through, with no other cars waiting, for ages before asked for order. Don't know if I'll bother coming back to this kfc. I'll just go into town instead.

The chicken seemed to have been cooked a long time ago and was cold. and this is my third time and same problem The manager was not polite with the customer who was in front of us. It is not appropriate for a restaurant like KFC to hire young people who lack experience. The manager needs retraining in order to respect people, and stop selling cold food. I do not advise people to deal with this branch.

Whatever happened to the idea of takeaway being dependable, consistent and repeatable in quality, quantity and service. The concept has obviously been long forgotten by Kelso KFC.Chips cold and old. No bacon for the Bacon and cheese Zinga burger and food after the order was made. The chicken on the burger was not the standard for the Zinga and had zero crunch. Had to use a self serve console that cracked a spac!The driveway was out of service and I only found out by a notice on the mic, not before you drive in.This is at least the fourth time in a row there have been issues over about 3 months. The last time, the had ran out of chicken pieces lol.KFC with no chicken, are you kidding me.Management need to get a grip of what service looks like.

Don't even bother, go to the other one.After 10 orders, a mix between peak and non peak times, they are consistently terrible. Wrong food, no extras included, burnt, constantly under filling orders.The worst KFC I've been too by far.

My order was complete, correct and arrived promptly, no complaints on this front. The public areas of the store were quite visibly dirty, the men's bathroom especially. This aspect of the visit was quite unappealing. I understand that a majority of the trade at this store likely comes in by way of drive through patronage, but that shouldn't come at the expense of people who want to eat in or order and/or pick up in store.

6pm and I ordered the double bacon burger.Ran out of ingredients to make burger.Had a choice of chicken tenders or zinger chicken to fulfil my order.6pm and running out of ingredients.??????????
