I can only share my experience for click and collect as i was picking up my order the staff member wasn't really friendly and the person in front of me was complaining about the wait and lack of service as he was trying to purchase something.. it's always nice if customer service can apologize for the delay if something is taking longer than usual it would of made the customer in front certainly happy and reassured me also otherwise the store was good and my items were received in excellent condition

I think Myer has taken so many mis-steps over the last five to ten years, they have lost an identity in the retail landscape. Their only real value proposition is that they have a footprint and occasional worthwhile sales. It is a shadow of its former self and is a beacon of lost opportunity. Customer service is poor, staffing levels are poor, store layout is poor, product range is adequate, pricing is sometimes acceptable and sometimes poor.

We visit Santa land. The staff where so helpful given I am disabled. We had also just had an upsetting experience with Eastland staff, so to have their kindness and fun cheered myself and my daughter up.

This is a Myer full of 4 levels, that I feel like you could spend all day in!It has so much to offer and if you can't find anything that you are looking for, I'm sure you'll be able to find a staff member near by that will be more than willing to help you out.Basically any and every brand that you can think of, I'm sure you could find here.Seeing how large the store is you would think that it wouldn't be kept in the best condition, but no this Myer looks as if it is brand new!Amazing experience and I will be returning again.

Still one of the best place to shop. I was looking for mothers day present on Sunday and stumble across a promotion where if you spend $100 on a Gift card, you get $10 back. The shop assistant was very helpful in helping me with my purchase.Which resulting me not only getting the mothers day present but also buying myself a swear shirt and a jumper for my son.

Great range of sizes and colours of the various styles in the season that is being promoted at the moment only criticisms is that I wasn't able to make a purchase because they were completely under staffed. When I was at the register and I noticed that the other shoppers were also waiting for assistance as well

Well stocked department store. As with most Myer shops, service isn't great. When you them help the staff are friendly and helpful.
