I brought a gift voucher for my friend for her birthday to use, it was $80 in value and was to cover a gel deluxe manicure and pedicure, she went to the salon today and they charged her an additional $53 on top on $80 just to have build a gel applied to her fingers, not even her toes! Her nails are already chipping too! The lack of care for their clients is a joke, they’re just money hungry, and are a rip off! Would not recommend going here ever, use your money elsewhere honestly!

I’ve been coming to this salon now for over 4 years, since we moved into the area, and I’m really sad to say the customer service has really gone downhill. My nails barely last a week before snapping and they are not willing to fix them and have told me to go elsewhere. I made contact on day 8, and on the 2 week mark have had 2 more snap off. I run my own business, and I am quite prepared to return because I am all for loyalty, but replacing something such as 3 nails when I’m returning for a service every 2 weeks shouldn’t be a big ask. Given I have been attending this salon loyally for since opening, I am not rough and take good care of my nails, I honestly thought there would be more care for customers. Save your money and look for a decent home salon that cares about getting you back.

I came here to get my formal nails done and the ladies were so nice ! my nail lady was super professional and did an amazing job, she did it so effortlessly and I had a full set of nails in 40min. I didn't have any issues with chipping or pain and I was worried about them falling off at work but they're still stuck on, two weeks later :)

I booked in advance for a pedi and mani. Friendly. Extremely clean! Did an excellent pedicure. I also wanted a standard manicure with normal clear nail varnish. Had to insist to get the varnish. Ended up getting only a typical base coat. Didn’t realise that until I got home.Despite that, yes I will definitely go back.

Tren is my nail lady and she's so lovely. This is such a great salon I have been looking for months for a decent nail place in the area. The nail therapists and even the customers are so friendly and has such a relaxed vibe.

My friend and I were searching for a nail salon open on a Sunday and we're so glad to have found Magnetic Nails! The value, service and quality was amazing and they really took the time to make sure it was what we wanted. I got SNS + design done by Tran and my friend got an acrylic infill + design....she even said she has never been this happy with how her nails turned out ever! Love your guy's work! Will definitely be coming again :))
