I contacted Rod from RJC about a house he built that did not meet building standards. A fault was found in the roof space. He claimed that the standards had changed over the years, but I've had it confirmed that these particular standards have not and it was actually the fault of RJC Construction. Rod requested I emailed him the report that was completed by a master builder. After two emails and a text message anda facebook message, I am yet to hear back from Rod or anyone from RJC. I really hope they respond, but I am starting to think I am being ignored. I would definitely suggest getting a thorough building inspection done if you have built, or plan to build, with this company. I am now having to pay $1600 to have work done that should have been done when the house was built. If they had no intention on fixing their dodgy work, they could at least pay the courtesy of communicating that. Very disappointing!
