Emma's Alteration ( was named as Linda's Alteration)

Amazing. After disappointing service and guidance about the fit with being sold my wedding dress... Linda put my mind at ease immediately. She fixed all my worries and made my dress fit like a glove. While we were getting my dress altered we got my flower girl dresses and other items we needed altered done... And she did them well priced and perfectly. Will go back again even though I live north.

So disapointed. I was referred to Linda's from someone who has been using them for years and they messed up a bridesmaid dress that I have to wear in two weeks. The pleating of the bust was completely off with a cluster of extra fabric. The back had been pulled that it is completely uneven. Worse part, when I was picking it up they didn't ask if I wanted to try it on again and when I asked for a bag to bring it home, they pulled out a small plastic bag, rolled the dress up and gave it to me? Luckily, going to another spot to get it fixed.

The wedding dress was forgotten and I had to drive back (I didn't live near) 3 times. The alterations were rushed and she didn't offer any suggestions but just kept complimenting me (lovely but not helpful). I picked it all up 2 days before the wedding and when the day came the top was so lose it kept falling down and the hook she said was very tough broke in 10mins just sitting down (it was a loose size 8). I paid $500 for alterations so $3700 all up and really expected more. It made a big difference on the day being uncomfortable with my designer label top zipper falling down. (I won't name the label because they were amazing.) I wish I trusted my gut and took the dress elsewhere.

Came here to taper some pants. Extremely happy with Linda’s work, service, and prices. The difference in service between here and the previous tailor I went to was extremely apparent from the moment I walked in. I will be coming here for all my tailoring needs from here onwards. Thanks Linda.

Charged me $25 to take up a tee shirt probably about ten minutes work once bitten twice shy

Have used the services of Linda for many years and absolutely no problems, suits adjusted, trousers and business shirts. I recently dropped off 3 x business shirts to Emma (new owner - will be known as Emma's Alteration Bondi Junction) and she did a great job shortening the shirt sleeves, fair price and quality is perfect. I have already dropped off trousers to be hemmed, quick turnaround so I will collect early this week, thanks Emma, I know you will continue to do very well just as Linda did for many years. Did an amazing job on altering my expensive designer dress to fit better. I can't recommend this place enough. I've been coming for years.
