Pitiful - only open a couple of days a week & did not return calls, the person they sent to do a measure & quote had no clue what he was there to do despite having given them a floorplan & discussed in depth what was required & then they stated that they could not compete the measure & quote for 'hygiene' reasons in an email & have refused to return my calls to discuss what the actual reason was. So unprofessional & definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. If I could submit zero stars I would.UPDATE:The following is all I received by email - 'Following our site visit this morning, unfortunately we will not be able to proceed with quoting for this job due to the unhygienic working conditions.' Which explains absolutely nothing & I requested a follow up call by email & voicemail & received no response whatsoever. A family member was present at the 'measure' & was very unimpressed with the salespersons attitude & as this family member knew exactly what was required (which apparently the salesperson did not) I fail to see how they utilised their '30+years of experience'. It was made clear before the site measure was requested that the flooring to be replaced was over 20 years old & not in the best condition yet they agreed to attend. All I can assume is that the in store salesperson did not pass on all the required information to the measurer - serious lack of communication. Am I to apologise that I have been unable to afford to replace my carpets every 5 years or so to satisfy someone else's expectations? Rude & inconsiderate treatment - if you can't be bothered with a small local job just say so & go suck up to your 'domestic' purchasers. I'll certainly be telling everyone I know not to bother with this business.

Friendly staff. I was looking for timber or hybrid flooring and for this category they did not have a very good selection.

I'd been let down by another flooring company and i was v glad to find these guys. They were v friendly and easy to deal with and managed to squeeze in fitting the flooring at my place as soon as it arrived from the mainland.
